Management Team

Andre J. Reed, CCIM has years of experience in real estate investing and understands the challenges of today’s investor.  Prior to joining the company, Mr. Reed worked 11 years at ExxonMobil in several roles including construction contract negotiator, project manager, and real estate analyst.  He has worked full time jobs while finding time to own rental property and remodel older homes.  He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at The Ohio State University and a Master’s Degree in Finance at Tulane University.  He is a licensed real estate broker and loan officer.  Mr. Reed is the Director of Business Development.

Frank Pittman III has over 30 years of experience in the industry.  Mr. Pittman’s experience includes real estate, mortgage lending, construction management, project management, and collection management. As a licensed real estate and loan officer instructor, he has instructed hundreds of loan officers, brokers, and agents on skills ranging from the basic principals to specialized transactions.  Mr. Pittman earned a management degree from the University of Akron.  Mr. Pittman is the Associate Broker working closely with agents on investor needs, marketing plan implementation, and transactions.
